Well im 19 and i have never heard of any stereotype with facial scars or bruises. A lot of people in america would associate scars on the arms to cutting and the stereotype of %26quot;emo%26quot;. However i do not know of any stereotype/fashion such as this in any developed nation.
But anyway, why are you asking this question, do you have a kid who keeps getting scars/bruises on his face or something?
