Does Mederma actually help remove scars?

I poped a pimple and now it has left a black scar on my upper lip. I am wondering if mederma will help get rid of the scar eventually. Do you think it will work? Has Mederma worked for you? Or is there a better solution, Thank you for your answers. A3gurl|||well mederma does help remove scars but in reality they just lightly fade the scar. check out a dermatologist if you want it completely removed :]|||I use Bio Oil and I heard it worked really well from the people that have tried it.
