I have had laser treatments and fat injections for some bad scarring, and injections did work well for the scarring. It is able to break up scar tissue. If it is just for acne and you have tried the strong medications, it is worth a try. Nothing is worse than not being confident in your own skin. It drys out your skin too much or if you get a rash, that is easily reversed with different methods of medicating.
