I used to have acne on my shoulders and I picked them ( i know thats a no no) and now all thats left is scars and i%26#039;m afraid to wear backless tops and i%26#039;m self conscience in swimsuits cuz of it so please help!! would tanning in beds get rid of them or at least cover them?|||Maderma is good at lightening scars. You can get it at drug/grocery stores. Acne scars usually fade after a few months unless you really attacked the crap out of it.
Exfoliating might also help get rid of old skin,a nd get down to fresh skin. Id use that as a last resort and probably try all the moisturisers first. I;ve heard bio Oil and emu oil is good too. good luck :)|||tanning will camouflage them, but not get rid of them. consider having a chemical peel or a dermabrasion done in the areas needed. and truth be told, your probably the only one that notices them because you know that they are there.|||Step 1: Type in English.

Apply it twice a day for however long is needed.|||Scars are scars and will always be there.
