Can BIO OIL help flatten raised scars?

Not huge keloids, theyre light scars that are just a bit raised.|||no, if it is sumwhat recent the scar will prob eventually flaten, ive had many scars an sumtimes they tend to raise while they are still heeling underneeth, its completely normal an will evetually go away
