Im going to start my roaccutane treament next week, wht about the acne scars?

im going to start the treatment next week, i was just wondering, i know the acne goes away, but does the acne scars go also or do i have to take another treatment after the roaccutane to remove the scars?? as i have the scars more than the acne|||skin should clear up, if your over weight it will cause you to loose alot of weight.
