i have alot of scars on my back from scratching at night while asleep. how come there is no blood in the Morning?|||I agree...they might be stretch marks. Do you get scabs?? If they are deep enough to leave scars there should be some blood.|||its hard enough to scratch your own back whilst you are awake.
