they arent deep at all but they are by my eye so they look like wrinkles lol and no they arent wrinkles they are scars|||When I had an operation on my neck the guy who did it was also a plastic surgeon.
He advised I use Pure Vitamin E oil - he swore this was the best thing to use on scars. You do have to rub it pretty hard though
