What is best used to remove old scars?

i have a really large scar that i am beginning to become somewhat conscious about and i want to remove before the summer and i%26#039;m in shorts and bikinis but wants to know what is the best product to use?|||Always use some sort of gel or jelly-like substance. For one, rub Vaseline on your scar once a day (particularly effective in the morning after showering). After you have done that for about a week, it will be soft enough to put an actual ointment or medicine on it. Try Maderma if you want your scar to fade gradually... It is completely painless and works quickly. In addition to the Maderma, use Lubriderm (the blue kind) lotion everyday on your scar the opposite time you use the Maderma (one at night one in morning) and keep it up until bikini season... it should work! (PS all of the products I mentioned can be found at any retailer like: Bartells, RiteAid, CVS, Fred Meyer, Walgreens, or Wal Mart.)

I have been using it for around two months and you can hardly see my scars anymore :)|||Mederma.
