Can unrefined shea butter help clear scars?

I have done a little research on shea butter and what it can do for your skin (face, hair, feet ETC), it is an all natural butter that can help your skin. But has anyone actually tried it? if so how did it help you? Do you think it could work for me?|||interesting...i just bought a jar of unrefined organic shea butter. It%26#039;s really soft but grainy and hard to spread. I found some tips on how to make a lotion or butter from it and i%26#039;m going to try that. I think that as long as you know what in what ur putting on your face then u should be fine...but shea butter isn%26#039;t going to help much with scars unless you add an essential or carrier oil in it. Rosehip seed oil is supposed to be good for scars. My lotion is going to be shea butter, rosehip oil, and lavender essential oil. Sry for all that, but in conclusion no, by itself it won%26#039;t.|||I have been using shea butter on my face and I had a few spots here and there on my face but I can truly say that shea butter has faded my spots and my face is a lot smoothered since I started using shea butter....I now use shea butter on my natural hair for moisture and it is great Report Abuse
