If you already have scars on your face, I suggest a cream called MEDERMA. It%26#039;s sort of like neosporian, but it%26#039;s specifically to decrease the appearance of scars. It%26#039;s a little spendy ($8) but I think you can find and print a coupon off of the internet I%26#039;m sure.
To get rid of pimples, I suggest ST. IVES facial scrub. Not only will it help with pimples, but it will also help to remove dead layers of skin, and this will help your scars fade faster.
Also for pesky pimples, try Nuetragena, On the Spot, acne care. it helps dry up problem zits without drying out the rest of your face like pads and wipes do. And most the time you can see results over night. Amazing stuff!

Using a topical prescription cream such as retin-a will make your skin cell turn over more quickly and over time will diminish the look of your acne scars and ward off any more outbreaks. Also, look in to at home chemical peels which can be purchased on line...glycolic acid peels are easy to use at home and come in varying strengths.
