A Year Later: How to get rid of Poison Ivy Scars infected with Staff Infection

I first had a serious amount of poison ivy on my legs for 3 weeks, then it turned into a staff infection. This was last summer, and there are still faint scars. No creams work, what should I do?|||try vitamin E lotion. i used it on a burn scar. it works : )|||Staph is the spelling.
