You may need scar revision surgery unfortunatly it is just that revision not removal. I was in a terrible accident that left a lot of scarring on my face and I have had multiple surgieries to improve the scars.
There is a silicone sheeting that can be worn over the scar area that really helps minimize the scarring to begin with but has to be used immediatly after the injury for 6 months to 1 year.
If it really bothers you go to a plastic surgon who specializes in scar revision and see if anything can be done.

Can Jorubi Aloe Vera Gel clear old scars?
I have some old scars on my legs and have heard that aloe vera can clear old scars. But Jorubi Aloe Vera Gel never indicates that it can clear old scars. So may I ask if anyone have tried this gel before and does it clear old scars? Is there any scientifical evidence that aloe vera clears scars?|||Vitamin E oil might make them fade a bit. Try not to use make-up and let your skin breathe, also when you wash your face always try and use hot water to open the pores and wash the face and then splash cold water onto the face to close the pores and block out the dirt and badness.
There are also many products you can buy, the best are;

-prescribed treatment from the doctor.
Also a healthy and blaanced diet and water is good for the skin.

|||I tried the dermabrasion you mention, it is ok, saw nice overall results in my skin, but I was trying to get rid of a spider bite that left a nice pit mark on my forehead. I am now using Amlactin, it is a lotion, creme also, not a prescription, but you have to ask the pharmacist for it, it is more expensive so it is behind the counter, can get it for less than 20 bucks, can also be ordered online as well. It contains lactic acid, I have been using it for about 3 weeks, I am having GREAT results, pit is almost gone!!!

There is a silcon based dressing that you can apply - it takes a few months but it helps reduces redness and helps flatten the scars. Where do they sell bio oil for acne scars?
please help im super depressed because my acne cleared off but i got left with acne scars i relly would aprecciate if any one can help or recomend anything that will help......please.......!|||Bio Oil definitely works on acne scars, cleared many of mine up in about 2 months time, applying twice daily. You can buy it anywhere really, Walmart/Target if your from the USA, Walmart/Zellers if your from Canada plus any pharmacy.|||Walmart. It%26#039;s pretty cheap too, $10 or so. Just another good tip that I use: Vitamin C capsules, taken every day made my skin glow after a few weeks, it is worth taking a vitamin every day! And aloe vera gel is great for scars and burns.
